I have memories of walking up the wooden steps of my primary school’s hall and assembling with other children to watch the Moon landing. This is the hall that my father painted one weekend. I have memories of running in my Robert Clergerie heels to the Post Office around the corner from my office in Martin Place, Sydney to send a facsimile to a client in England; of telexes which spanned the length of the office times ten and filing it in a manila folder with a spike. Years ago. I now embrace the new technology and enjoy the engagement with so many in Australia and around the world. I experience great moments of synchronicity when I write and when I’m on various platforms of social media. Blogging is my latest adoption and I am learning as I go.
The things I love – family & friends, meditation, art, writing, reading, books, kundalini yoga, nature, social media etc. My great influencers are Marianne Williamson and Julia Cameron; Judith Wright has made a grand appearance since blogging, and of course the people I meet or connect with on the internet.
I try and be accountable daily to two mantras – “love over fear in any situation” and “do what you love to do”.
